• 140 g butter ammorbidito
• 185 gr di farina integrale
• 56 gr di farina di mandorle
• 170 gr di zucchero + un cucchiaio di zucchero di canna da spolverizzare sopra alla fine
• estratto di vaniglia
• frutti di bosco

Preriscaldare il forno a 180 gradi.

Setacciare in una ciotola la farina con la farina di mandorle.

Aggiungere ai 170 gr di zucchero  il burro ammorbidito  e montare fino a che il composto non diventi bianco e spumoso.

Unire l'estratto di vaniglia e le farine un po' per volta.Impastare fino ad ottenere un composto a grumi.

Mettere l'impasto tenendone da parte una tazza,in una teglia imburrata e infarinata oppure coperta di carta forno e premere fino a renderlo un unico livello.

Disporre quindi sopra questo strato di pasta i frutti di bosco e cospargerli con il rimanente impasto ridotto in briciole.Terminare spolverizzando sopra il cucchiaio di zucchero di canna.

Infornare per circa 30 minuti o fino a completa doratura.

Accompagnare il tutto con panna montata o gelato alla vaniglia.......

Anche il contorno e' dei piu' classici........le patate ....ma stavolta con un tocco insolito,l'origano.
Sbucciare le patate e tagliarle a cubetti......cospargere di abbondante sale ,un filo di olio e una manciata di origano.....anche queste in forno per 45 minuti circa a 200 gradi.

I got the ingredients piu'mi like, I've combined and the result 'was to say the least ....... MAGIC!!
At first glance it seems a classic sponge cake ...... but in reality 'is a spectacular blend of ingredients that together form something unique .... and believe me' must try ..... . (and the one that says it 's never been a lover of this kind of cakes )......
And now here's the recipe ..... ahhhh ....... the doses are not in grams but in cups (cup).

• 2 cups flour 00
• 1 cup almond flour 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• teaspoon vanilla seeds
• 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder 1
• yogurt greek
• half cup olive oil
• peel of 1 orange
• the juice of half orange
• 100 grams of white chocolate into pieces
• sugar

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Combine flour and baking powder and set aside.

Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero e lo zucchero vanigliato fio ad ottenere una crema spumosa (usare le fruste elettriche)

A questo punto aggiungere il succo di arancia e la buccia grattugiata;fatto questo unire anche l'olio e lo yogurt.Infine aggiungere poco per volta il mix di farine.

Sbattere i bianchi a neve e unirli con una spatola al composto di farina.Per ultimo incorporare anche il cioccolato a pezzetti.

Versare in uno stampo imburrato e infarinato e cuocere  per 45/50 minuti.

Una volta freddata la torta cospargere di zucchero a velo.

Questo che vi mostrerò è un prototipo (lo si nota dallo scempio fatto dalle pinze sul filo...nn sono ancora troppo pratica e uso un pò troppa forza -.-"): dopo vari tentativi ho tirato fuori dal cilindro un "bel" coniglietto (-.-"").

Nuovi esperimenti all'orizzonte...Ho realizzato degli anelli utilizzando il filo d'alluminio colorato ( quello super! da 2mm...una novità per me ^^) e dei "fiori" in vetro che avevo comprato durante il viaggio di nozze...sapevo che prima o poi li averi infilati in qualcosa eheheh.
Sono un pò diversi dal mio solito e devo ammettere che mi hanno lasciata soddiasfatta!! Dopo tanto oziare e poltrire ho finalmente riacciuffato l'ispirazione...speriamo continui così ;).
